Import KL University Attendance from NewERP

The KL Attendance Data Import page lets KL University (KLEF) students automatically sync live attendance and weekly timetable records directly from the KL University NewERP portal (newerp.kluniversity.in) or paste raw HTML tables for offline analysis.

Importing your data instantly populates your Overview dashboard, generates LTPS component breakdowns, and prepares your schedule for the KL Bunk Calculator.

Two Ways to Load Your KLU Attendance

  • 1. Automated NewERP Sync: Log in with your Student ID, password, and captcha. The tool fetches your latest daily attendance table and active weekly timetable in one seamless pass.
  • 2. Manual Table Copy-Paste: If the ERP server is undergoing maintenance, log into NewERP in your own browser, copy the entire daily attendance or timetable table, and paste the raw HTML or text into our offline parser.

Privacy & Data Security Guarantee

Your student privacy and security are completely protected. All parsing and calculations execute client-side in your browser memory. We never store student credentials, registration numbers, or attendance records.

Frequently Asked Questions: Importing KLU Attendance Data

Is it safe to log in with my KL University NewERP credentials?

Yes. All authentication and attendance extraction requests are proxied in memory directly between your browser session and newerp.kluniversity.in. No credentials, passwords, or personal academic records are ever stored on any external database.

How do I manually paste my attendance table if ERP sync is unavailable?

Select the "Paste Manually" option, open newerp.kluniversity.in in your browser, navigate to your Student Attendance Report, select and copy the table, and paste the raw HTML or text into the parser textarea.

What data is extracted when I sync with NewERP?

The synchronization extracts your registered course codes, course descriptions, LTPS component breakdowns, TCBR deductions, and your weekly class timetable blueprint.

Why does my attendance percentage in NewERP differ from my raw calculation?

NewERP displays unweighted raw counts on student dashboards while calculating weighted LTPS percentages behind the scenes. If pre-registration classes occurred, TCBR deductions may also apply. Enable TCBR mode in the calculator to mirror your exact ERP percentage.
